How to get there
Walk
Just a 2 minute walk from the beach on the southern end of Mooloolaba Esplanade
Car
If you are coming from Brisbane simply follow the Bruce Highway north and take the Mooloolaba exit after the Ettamogah Pub, then simply follow the signs to Mooloolaba
- If you are coming from Gympie follow the Bruce Highway south and exit at the Maroochydore exit. Follow the signs onto the Sunshine Motorway. Exit at the Mooloolaba exit and follow the brown signs to SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast
Bus
- Sunbus operates a regular bus service from Noosa to Caloundra. Contact Sunbus on 13 12 30 for more information
Train
- Queensland Rail Citytrain offers a 7 day service (with connecting bus service) which operates between the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast stations at Landsborough and Nambour

Great day our for kids and the whole family. Lots of exhibits to check out and very interactive for all ages. You must prebook so that you arrive in your allocated time slot to be covid safe.
2 months agoMy 2 year old absolutely loved the aquarium! He could run around and look at everything in his own time, the seal show was great and the indoor playground was perfect to burn off that last bit of energy at the end. Highly recommend going and booking is essential

4 months agoA nice and easy booking, it helped me discover a new place for my holiday. I like to use this website. It not only offers one voucher but a few options and i just need to book suitable trips from those options. I have used this website so many times and am glad to use it. It helps me a lot.
Good for kids and adults. First time visitors to Sea life.
5 months agoFirst time visiting the aquarium and it was the best experience! Loved seeing all the animals and paid extra to do the Seal Swim and my god they are absolutely amazing creatures! I would highly recommend going and doing an experience with the animals the staff are great and super knowledgeable.
Kids loved it. Good place to go on a rainy day. Didn’t wait that long to get in.
5 months agoKids loved it! Good place for kids to explore - they loves the part where you walk under the fish through the tunnel. We did that like four times. Good place to go on a rainy day. Didn’t wait that long to get in, finding a park is the hardest part. Could be a little bit cheaper.
Nice afternoon, kids loved seeing the animals. Very family friendly
8 months agoNice day out, good precautions set up for distancing with COVID. Don’t have much of a cafe anymore so I would recommend eating before you go or bringing drinks with you. My kids had a good afternoon. Parking around SEAlife if terrible, and that’s being nice. Would always recommend allowing extra time to find parking.
Generally, a good place to go for kids during school holidays.
8 months agoI took my kids to visit the SEA LIFE, for the first time. Generally, a good and positive experience. But as the price for an Adult cost $44 is really pricey. It says free digital photo from the website to view but discover that you have to pay $5 to view! I dont even know do I like the pictures or not?
I definitely want to go back. Actually I wasn't expecting this place to be so much fun. It was my first time there and I really enjoyed it!
8 months agoThis was the first time I took my 2 year old child to this place. Actually I wasn't expecting this place to be so much fun. However everyone (staff) was very friendly. And the aquarium was fun to see the fish up close. After the aquarium, there was a playroom for the kids to enjoy. I definitely want to go back.

8 months agoAmazing place. The tunnel was amazing and the seals too and the penguins were super cute. It was a nice morning out and my nephew loved the sharks got super excited when he saw them in the tunnel he also loves touching the starfish and loved seeing Dory and Nemo.
Sea Life was amazing. Process with experience was a breeze. Will be back.
9 months agoIt was amazing birthday experience. My son absolutely loved himself silly. Staff were helpful. Displays and information was beautiful and informative. Definitely will be back to do it all again at a time when it’s not so crowded and without my husband. Haha
